All participants are required to officially register to attend the Australian Engineering Conference 2018. Please read the following information carefully before registering.

Retired members of Engineers Australia are eligible for the same concessional ticket price as Engineers Australia student members.

Please note that registrations on the day (Monday to Wednesday) will not be permitted, you must register in advance to attend.

What is included in your registration
__

Member, Non-Member and Student full registration:

  • Access to all conference sessions, offsite forums (numbers limited), onsite forums and exhibition
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on Monday – Wednesday
  • Name badge, satchel and access to the conference app and presentations (if made available)
  • Networking Reception (Monday 17 September)
  • Gala Dinner (Tuesday 18 September)
  • Option to purchase additional tickets to the gala dinner, subject to availability at the time of registering

Note: Attendance at the forums and social events are subject to availability at the time of registering

Member and Non-Member day registration:

  • Access to conference sessions and the exhibition on the nominated day of attendance (Tuesday 18 September – access is only available to the onsite forum 13: “Leadership & Management-Fighter Pilot Approach” and the afternoon sessions. Attendance to the offsite forums is not included)
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on day of attendance 
  • Name badge, satchel and access to the conference app and presentations (if made available)
  • Option to purchase tickets to the gala dinner, subject to availability at the time of registering

Note: Attendance on Tuesday 18 September is only available for the onsite forum 13: “Leadership & Management-Fighter Pilot Approach” and the afternoon sessions. Payment methods

Full payment of fees is required before registrations can be confirmed. Payment can be made in the following manner:

Credit Card

Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. A 1.5% surcharge will apply to Visa and MasterCard. A 2% surcharge will apply to American Express. Please note credit card will be the only option available for payment from 3 September 2018.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

You may register online and note payment will be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). A tax invoice will be generated and emailed to you immediately with your registration confirmation letter for payment within 14 days. All bank fees incurred with electronic funds transfer, whether international or national, are at the depositor’s expense. Please use your name as a reference. To ensure prompt reconciliation please forward a copy of the transfer record/remittance advice to the accounts@engineersaustralia.org.au. Please note this option is only available up until 3 September 2018 from which time credit card payments only will be accepted.

Registration confirmation email:

A confirmation email will be sent to you after completing a registration form. It is advisable to check all items listed. Any changes or alterations can be made in writing to the AEC Secretariat or by accessing your registration details using the password sent at time of completing the online registration.
